Maintenance
Maintenance in general:
Our company accomplishes the preventive and individual maintenance of pumps, fans, electric motors, drives and boilers with
warranty. The efficacy of our work is considerably increased by the fact that we perform condition-dependent maintenance
even if we are not familiar with the history of the given machine or equipment. The so called 'blind maintenance' of a
particular device can involve serious risks, since good elements can be replaced or repaired in certain cases, while bad
ones can be passed over without notice by the repairman. In order to avoid the above mentioned errors, our company works
supported by such up-to-date condition monitoring techniques as vibration analysis, noise diagnostics, motor electricity
analysis, thermo analysis, thermometry, and ultrasonic thickness measuring.
By means of these techniques, failures can be detected in their early stages, as it is visible on this idealized lifetime diagram, even in
the operation domain of the equipment.
Maintenance of pumps:
- Replacement of bearings
- Equilibration and repair of the blading
- Repair and alignment of the coupling
- Repair of the engine foundation
- 'Straightening' outworn or bent shafts with deposit welding and lathe work
Maintenance of fans:
- Replacement of bearings
- Equilibration and repair of the blading
- Repair and alignment of the coupling
- Repair of the engine foundation
- 'Straightening' outworn or bent shafts with
- Alignment and repair of impellers
- Repair of the runner's joints, balancing of the rotor, change of weighty runners
Maintenance of electric motors:
- Replacement of bearings
- Equilibration and repair of cooling blades
- Repair and alignment of couplings
- Repair of the engine foundation
- 'Straightening' outworn or bent shafts with deposit welding and lathe work
- Replacement and installation of cabling
- Installation and repair of electrical insulations
Maintenance of drives:
- Geometrical adjusting
- Adjusting of belts' and chains' tension
- Replacement of pivot elements
Maintenance of turbo generators:
- Replacement of bearings
- Equilibration and repair of cooling blades
- Repair and alignment of couplings
- Repair of the engine foundation
- 'Straightening' outworn or bent shafts with deposit welding and lathe work
- Replacement and installation of cabling
- Installation of electrical insulations
